Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry the cashews. To the same ghee and oil add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, black cardamom and bay leaf. Saute on low flame till aromatic. Add onion and fry till golden brown.
* Step 2
Mix the cooked rice and then the veggies masala along with black chana masala.
* Step 3
Mix well with slow flame. Add boiled green peas and sweetcorn. Mix and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with roasted cashews and serve with curd.
