Veggies Sattu Chilla

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the veggies, onion, ginger-green chili, coriander, and curry leaves. Set aside.
* Step 2
Make the sattu batter with sattu powder, sooji, rice flour, cumin seeds and rest masala. Rest for half an hour to one hour.
* Step 3
Mix the veggies, onion, and green leaves as mentioned. Mix well.
* Step 4
Take a wok and heat with 1 Tsp oil. Spread one ladle of sattu and veggies batter and roast in medium heat and then low flame.
* Step 5
Roast both the sides. It takes 5-7 minutes to cook each chilla. Serve with coriander chutney/tea.
* Step 6
Sambar powder is used as per choice.
