Spicy Chana Daal Pakore

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind soaked chana daal, ginger, garlic, and green chili with little water.

* Step 2

Mix onion, coriander leaves, extra chopped green chili (to make hot), carom seeds and cumin seeds, chaat masala and rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Make the thick batter. Rest for an hour.

* Step 3

Heat the oil for deep frying. Make Pakore and fry on low to medium flame from all the sides.

* Step 4

Serve with hot tea and Murmura. Murmura checks acidity, generated due to deep fry food.
