Mushrooms Coriander Creamy Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion, garlic, green chilli, mushrooms and green coriander stems.
* Step 2
Heat 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Fry the chopped garlic on low heat till golden brown.
* Step 3
Now add chopped onion and green chilli,saute till done.
* Step 4
Then add chopped mushrooms and potatoes.
* Step 5
Add oregano herb, green coriander stems and turmeric powder. Saute on high heat to dry the water released by mushrooms.
* Step 6
Cool down the cooked stuff and grind to make a rough paste.
* Step 7
Heat the water on the pan. When it's hot, add the milk and garam masala powder.
* Step 8
Then add the mushrooms paste, cream and black pepper powder. Bring to boil on low flame and cook to your desirable consistency.
* Step 9
Now the delicious Garlicky Mushrooms, Coriander Creamy Soup is ready to serve hot and njoy.
