Broccoli Paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the ingredients and with little water at a time make Paratha dough. Rest the dough, covered for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil on a pan. Add cumin and fennel seeds and allow to crackle. Fry the chopped chilli for 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Roast the onion masala till the oil separate. Add the grated potato, a pinch turmeric powder and saute on low flame.
* Step 4
Add the blanched and mashed broccoli, salt and mix well. Add garam masala powder and roast on low flame till aromatic and done.
* Step 5
Divide the dough and make balls. Stuff broccoli stuffings and close the ball as shown in photos.
* Step 6
Roll out the parathas with dusting flour. Roast each stuffed parathas in medium flame with ghee till both sides are well done.
* Step 7
Serve hot Broccoli Parathas with curry pickles and chutney.
