Ingredient

2 1/2 cup

milk

1/4 cup

warm milk

4 Tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 2 1/2 cup milk in a pot. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.

* Step 2

Add custard powder to 1/4 cup warm milk and stir free of lumps, at room temperature.

* Step 3

When the milk turns hot(not boiled), pour 2 Tbsp custard milk at a time in batches and whisk well.

* Step 4

Stir on low medium flame, till the the required thickness is reached.

* Step 5

Turn off the flame and cool down the custard. Serve with chopped fruits and Pomegranate arils.
