Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee add oil in y pan. Add cumin seeds, hing and whole garam masala and saute on low flame till aromatic.
* Step 2
Mix the garlic and chilli and saute. Add Chole masala, green peas and Beetroot paste. Fry for a minute and mix the Basmati rice. Mix all and saute till rice is well coated with beet. Mix chopped mint leaves and mix.
* Step 3
Beetroot, Green Peas Pulao is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped strawberry. Children love this combination.
