Cauliflower Curry/Gobhi Mussalam

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, wash the Cauliflower and keep in hot water for 5 minutes to remov impurities and insects if any.
* Step 2
Heat oil in kadhai and fry both the sides of gobhi till colour change to brown. Remove from kadhai and set aside the fried Cauliflower.
* Step 3
If required, add more oil to the same kadhai, roast garam masala and cumin seeds on low heat till aromatic. Add hing powder and chopped onion. Fry till translucent.
* Step 4
Add garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute for some time. Now add chopped tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder and saute till tomatoes are mushy.
* Step 5
Then add rest dry masala powder like kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and curry masala powder. Add 1/4 cup water and cook till oil separate from masala.
* Step 6
Mix the cream and cook on low flame till oil separated. Add 1/2 cup water and bring to boil. Put the fried Cauliflower and cook covered, both the sides for 6-8 minutes.
* Step 7
Now the colourful and most delicious Gobhi Mussalam is ready. Cut into pieces (4), garnish with green coriander and serve with Roti /Paratha.
