Pav And Masala Bhaji

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil. Add dry chilli and ponch phutan and allow to splutter. Now mix chopped onions, chopped green chilli and saute till onions are golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chilli powder and saute till rawness is gone and a masala mass is formed.
* Step 2
Add boiled potatoes (mashed),boiled vegetables, blanched green peas and coriander cumin paste. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Mix well and add pav-bhaji masala.cook for a minute and add two cups of water.
* Step 4
Bring to boil and switch off the flame. Transfer to serving plate, garnish with chopped paneer, soft butter and green coriander.
