Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a wok. Add ponch phutan and let them splutter. Mix curry leaves and saute till aromatic. Add both dals, groundnuts and hing,saute on low flame.
* Step 2
Mix the veggies, salt, turmeric, ginger powder, chaat masala powder and chopped tomatoes and saute.
* Step 3
When the veggies soften, mix poha and cook on low flame till it's done. Now the Poha Pulao is ready. Garnish with sev and pomegranate arils and serve.
