Sajna saag Bhaja/Moringa Leafy Vegetable Fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash and chop Sajna saag/Moringa leaves. Remove the ridges of gourd and chop.
* Step 2
In a deep pan heat mustard oil till fumigation. Add mustard seeds and dry chilies.
* Step 3
After spluttering of mustard seeds, add garlic and onions. Saute, till onions are translucent.
* Step 4
Now add saag and half-boiled moong, chopped turai, salt, cover, and cook for 7-8 minutes.
* Step 5
Mix the grated coconut and for another 3 minutes. Now the tasty and healthy Moringa or Sajna saag is ready to Serve hot with rice.
