Spring Fresh Fried Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a deep pan, add cumin and allow to splutter. Further add, onion, garlic and green chillies. Saute till onions are translucent.
* Step 2
Then mix all the veggies, mushrooms, biryani masala and saute on low to medium heat.
* Step 3
Now add the cooked brown rice and purple cabbage. Saute with a light hand, cover, and cook for 1 minute on low heat.
* Step 4
Serve hot and delicious spring-fresh fried rice to your family for lunch.
