Egg Curry With Curd

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add and fry onion and green chilli till onions are golden brown.
* Step 2
Now add ginger -garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander, cumin, red chilli powder. Saute till tomatoes are soft, mushy and masala paste come together.
* Step 3
Then slow down the flame and add curd and saute slowly till the curd mixes well with masala paste.
* Step 4
Add kasoori methi and garam masala and saute for a minute. Add a cup of water and allow to boil. Add the eggs and boil for 30 seconds more.
