Khichudi and Dahi Baingan

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice and roasted yellow moong dal. Cook with water, salt and turmeric in rice cooker till half done.
* Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp ghee and 1 tsp cumi seeds,fry grated coconut. Set aside. In another 1 Tbsp hot ghee fry bay leaf, 1/2 tsp cashews and raisins.
* Step 3
Now mix sugar, roasted coconut, nuts and raisins, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder and rest 1 Tbsp ghee to the rice and dal khichudi. Mix well.
