Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take ragi flour, oil and salt in a bowl. Add water little at a time. Knead about 10 minutes to get a soft dough.
* Step 2
Make small dough balls and flatten them, using palm. Prick holes with a fork.
* Step 3
Make ragi bases on nonstick pan. Cook both the sides on low heat.
* Step 4
On the holes side of base spread generous amount of pizza sauce
* Step 5
Then add grated cheese, next veggies and on top again good amount of cheese. Lastly place fried garlic and chilli flakes.
* Step 6
Finally, place on the pan, cover with lid and cook until cheese has melted and veggies are crunchy Serve hot delicious Ragi Mini Pizzas.
