Intake of Milkshake is the most convenient way to incorporate energy into the body and it's easy to prepare. I have taken banana, mango, dates, and pomegranate. The milkshake gives a feeling of fullness.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a grinder, jar take all chopped fruits, mentioned, 1/2 cup milk, salt, and cinnamon powder. Churn/grind to a fine paste.
* Step 2
Add the rest of the milk and churn again to mix everything. Serve in glasses the chilled mixed fruit milkshake and garnish with mango cubes and arils of pomegranate.
