Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all the ingredients (except besan, cornstarch, oil and water) in a mixing bowl. Mash and mix the ingredients.
* Step 2
Add besan and cornstarch. Use water as required and knead soft dough.
* Step 3
Make chope out of the dough. Heat oil and shallow fry chops from all sides. Serve hot with chopped cucumber and sauce.
