Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the brinjal to pieces as shown in photos. Rub salt, turmeric, red chili powder.
* Step 2
Make the batter with the ingredients (except roasted cumin powder) with half a cup of water.
* Step 3
Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan and spread. Dip the marinated brinjal pieces in batter and fry both sides till golden brown and crispy.
* Step 4
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, coat on brinjal, and serve the delicious snack.
