1/4 cup

sago

2 Tbsp

powder milk

2 Tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash sago to remove starch(extra). To 1 cup boiling milk add sago and 1 Tbsp sugar.

* Step 2

When the sago thickens, switch off the flame and cool down.

* Step 3

In a pan take mango puree, powder milk and sugar. Saute for few minutes and nutmeg powder and rose water.

* Step 4

Bring down and cool in a refrigerator.

* Step 5

Garnish with mango chunks and pomegranate arils and serve.
