Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the mango and take in a yo pressure cooker. Add 1and 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Cool and separate the skin. Collect the pulp of mango in blender jar. Add rest of the ingredients.

* Step 3

Blend to a smooth paste Add ice cubes and serve the immuno-coolant Aam Panna.
