* Step 1

Heat mustard oil. Lower the flame. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute for a minute.

Add the murmura and roast for about 2 minutes to make crispy murmura. Set in a bowl.

* Step 3

Now mix rest of the ingredients with murmura. The chaat masala and lemon juice enhances the tangy taste of Jhal mudhi. Serve and enjoy.
