Mixed Lentils and Beans Masala Tadka
This recipe is one of my favorite. In my town in Odisha, this mixed dals and beans are easily available and known as tadka mixtures. But it's certain, one can get nutritious, proteins pack energy from this recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash and soak the dals and beans overnight. Pressure cook to boil them.
* Step 2
Heat oil and ghee in a wider pan. Add the cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Mix the crushed whole garam masala and saute on low flame till you get a beautiful aroma.
* Step 3
Mix the onion masala paste, cook on medium to heat till the oil separate from masala.
* Step 4
Add the chopped tomatoes and rest other dry masala powder. Cook on low heat till tomato are soft and mushy. The masala should come together like a mass.
* Step 5
Add the boiled dals and beans now. Mix well with masala. Adjust the water for gravy and the seasoning.
* Step 6
Bring to boil. Add cream and cook further for a minute.
