Ingredient

6-7 Rava dosa

1/2 cup

rice powder

2 tsp

curd

1/2 inch

ginger

2 1/2 cup

water

1 tsp

salt

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I ground the semolina to a powder in grinder. Soaked 1/2 cup rice and ground to paste. Mix both semolina and rice paste. Add curd and1 cup water allow it to stand 15 minutes

Chop onion,ginger, chili and green coriander, finely.

* Step 3

Mix with rava batter. Add salt and 1 cup(more) water to make batter pouring consistent.

* Step 4

Grease the tawa. Add rava masala batter and make Dosa.

* Step 5

Grease oil on upper side of dosa and flip it. Cook both the sides. Serve hot Rava Dosa with tomato chutney and tea. Thanks
