Santula
Santula is a traditional, authentic Odia recipe made with available vegetables. The important thing is tempering, which brings the best and incredible taste to the curry. Besides onion and garlic many Odia used Bodi made of Urad dal in tempering, that brings a unique taste that is lip smacking. Yes, this Santula can be taken as main or side dish with roti and/steamed rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the vegetables in water till tender. Keep aside. Fry the bodi keep in a plate.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
* Step 3
Add garlic, saute for a minute and then mix onion chopped and green chili. Saute till onions are translucent.
* Step 4
Add tomatoes. Cook till become soft. Mix the board vegetables with cooked tomatoes.
* Step 5
Mix the fried bodi with veggies with gravy. Cook, covered for two minutes on low flame.
* Step 6
Serve the delicious and healthy Santula with steamed Rice.
