Masala Pointed Gourd
I like parmal in anyway, it's being cooked. The best recipe of parmal for me is the fried one and masala Parmal. The taste of masala parmal is awesome and goes well with poori/paratha.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop parmal and potatoes. Shallow fry both in 1 tsp oil, turmeric powder, separately in fry pan.
* Step 2
Heat a tsp oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter
* Step 3
Add the whole masala and saute on low heat,till it is aromatic.
* Step 4
Add sliced onion and fry till translucent. Mix chopped ginger and garlic till rawness is gone. Add tomato and a pinch of salt to softened them faster. Lastly add kaju and saute for a while. Cool the cooked masala and make a fine paste.
* Step 5
Heat the rest 1 Tbsp oil. Add the masala paste, fry on low heat. Saute till oil separate.
* Step 6
Add chili powder and crushed kasoori methi. Mix well.
* Step 7
Add fried parmal and potato, salt. Mix well with masala. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and cook for two minutes.
