Masala Oats

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast oats till reach brown colour with an aroma.
* Step 2
Heat butter. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Add hing also.
* Step 3
Fry the onions till translucent. Add chopped chili, garlic and ginger and saute till end of raw smell.
* Step 4
Add the chopped veggies and when they are done, mix cooked beans. Mix well.
* Step 5
Add chili powder, chopped tomatoes and salt.
* Step 6
Add pav-bhaji masala and chaat masala. Cook till tomatoes are soft. Add water and allow to boil.
* Step 7
Add roasted oats and stir well till the water is absorbed. Serve hot with green chutney.
