Maggi noodles

2 packets

dry masala

2 1/2 cup

water

2 Tbsp

pizza sauce

to taste

Cooking instructions

Heat oil in a wok. Add onion chopped and fry till to remove the raw smell.

Add chopped spinach and fry for some seconds.

Then add chopped tomatoes and the dry masala of Maggi.

Mix well and cook till spinach is softened.

Add the water and bring to boil.

Add the Maggi slabs and cook for two minutes.

Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander and sauce and serve hot. Thanks
