Sabudana Upma

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat ghee and oil. Add cumin seeds, allow to crackle.
* Step 3
Add chana dal and urad dal and saute on low heat.
* Step 4
Add dry chili and curry leaves. Saute for two minutes. Add peanuts.
* Step 5
When the dals turn brown add chopped onion and green chili, chopped ginger. Saute till the onion gets translucent.
* Step 6
Mix the boiled potato chunks and fry for some time.
* Step 7
Further mix chaat masala and sambar powder and mix well.
* Step 8
Then add soaked sabudana, mix well with masala potato. Switch off the flame.
* Step 9
Gradually sabudana tun transparent like pearls and then the upma is done.
* Step 10
Garnish with green coriander and serve.
