Sabudana Kheer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash 3 - 4 times the sabudana and soak in 1/2 cup of water for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pot.
* Step 3
When the milk comes to boil add the soaked sabudana and saffron strands.
* Step 4
Simmer the milk with sabudana and saffron till the milk thickens and sabudana are cooked (35 - 45 minutes).
* Step 5
Keep stirring in between. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
* Step 6
Garnish with cashews and cranberries and serve hot or chilled.
