Vanilla Custard Pudding

Ingredient

1 litre

milk

1 tbsp

cold milk

1 tbsp

sugar

1 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the milk in low to medium flame till half the amount. Add half spoon ghee and sugar.

* Step 2

Grease the pot with rest of the ghee. Spread the tuty fruity on it.

* Step 3

Mix the custard powder with cold milk and transfer to the boiling milk.

* Step 4

Stir continuously to avoid lumps. When the custard pudding boils and thicken, cool down the pudding

* Step 5

Transfer to greased bowl and cool in the refrigerator. De-mold to a plate and serve cool pudding. Thanks
