Sabudana Halwa

#weeek5of5 Sago(tapioca) comes from the roots of cassava tree. Its carbohydrate content is high and gluten free. Use in many dessert recipes as halwa , kheer , podding and fasting also.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Decant extra water from soaked sago.

* Step 2

Add 2 cups of water and sugar and mix properly. Make the flame high. Add saffron strands dissolved in water.

* Step 3

Add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and stir continuously, till sabudana consistency thickest.

* Step 4

Delicious and healthy sabudana halwa is ready to serve and enjoy. Thanks
