Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the skin of Khamalu, cut into size as like, wash properly and dry with a kitchen towel to remove the stickiness.
* Step 2
Rub all the masala except roasted cumin powder, rice flour and cooking oil.
* Step 3
Marinade for 15 minutes. Then roll each piece on rice flour.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the coated Khumalu pieces on both the sides, (low-medium flame) covering the pan.
* Step 5
When both the sides are cooked, dust them with roasted cumin powder.
