Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the veggies and chopped tomatoes with salt, turmeric and water.

* Step 2

Mix curd, besan, ambula and 1/3 cup water well and keep aside.

* Step 3

In a kadai, heat oil. Add poncha phutan and let them crackle. Add crushed garlic and green chilli and sauté till rawness is gone.

* Step 4

Then add hing and curry leaves and saute for half a minute.

* Step 5

Slow down the flame and mix the curd mixture. Bring to boil and mix it boiled veggies and cook for 2 minutes.
