Moong dal is rich in protein. It's also known as green gram and the best vegetarian superfood. I have made the Kheer with boiled whole green moong dal with khajoor Gug (date palm jaggery ). It can be eaten by Diabetic people.The Kheer is very good and delicious.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the Ghee in a wok. Fry the dry fruits in low medium flame. Remove and keep aside.
* Step 2
To the remaining ghee in the wok add the green moong dal paste and fry for 2 minutes on low medium heat.
* Step 3
Cook for 2 mins without covering the wok.
* Step 4
Grated Coconut and Jaggery
