Amla (Gooseberry) and Cilantro Chutney
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and chop the Cilantro leaves.
* Step 2
Wash, clean and grate the Amla. Discard the seeds
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and add water to make Chutney in a grinder.
* Step 4
Adjust the consistency as you need with water
* Step 5
Adjust the taste as you like by changing the quantity of salt, sugar and chilli.
* Step 6
Yummy yummy Chutney is ready to serve with Pakode for you all.
