Sautéed Onion 🧅 Spinach
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large pot drizzle olive oil, just enough to cover bottom of pot ……
* Step 2
Sauté your onions and minced garlic until onions are tender……
* Step 3
Add in your fresh spinach, about 1-2 cups at a time, cook lightly, then add the rest of your spinach, stirring occasionally ………You can add a little bit more olive oil at this point in the cooking process ……..
* Step 4
Sprinkle your salt and black pepper over spinach and continue to cook on high heat, stirring occasionally, until spinach has completely wilted, about 20 minutes or so ……Serve and enjoy 😉!!
