Roasted Onions on Flatbread
This recipe makes enough dough for double the amount half was used for another recipe. Roasted Onions on Thickbread with salad dressing.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the spices and divide in half. Add all the dough ingredients except water. Mix till flour looks like sand.
* Step 2
Add water and mix. Knead for 7 minutes. Divide in half and form 6 balls. Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit.
* Step 3
Roll the balls or pucks out till flat. Add to a greased/oiled baking sheet. Slice the onions.
* Step 4
Oil the tops of the flatbread. Add rest of spices and tablespoons of oil. Mix well coating the onions. Place desired onions on top of flat breads.
* Step 5
Roast 20 minutes in oven. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
