Simply Pink or Beetroot Coffee (Vegan)
This recipe is for a noble cause to fight out/prevent Breast Cancer in this month of October’ 2021- which stands for the same !

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First Up: Boil the roughly chopped beetroot pieces & strain it to separate its boiled water & the substance & set aside to cool down completely-
Post that, make a nice & smooth purée out of it & set aside for its later use…
* Step 2
Keep rest all other ingredients ready & handy before you to start on with the furtherance of the rest of the process-
* Step 3
Now, in a saucepan: Pour in the Beetroot purée, add in the coconut milk & some more boiled water with the honey as well & bring to a rolling boil & then, reducing the flame-
Add in the coffee powder to it & rest all other ingredients mentioned & keep stirring it & let it slow cook or boil for about another 10-12 mins time before putting off the flame & cover it to let it sit on the hot oven itself for about 5-6 mins time
* Step 4
Then, directly strain & pour it out into the serving glasses/cups/tumblers & garnish it your way to enjoy this very drink, either hot or cold-
I prefer taking it hot like any other hot coffees & let it be just as is since I didn’t intend this time to prepare it as the Latte or Cappuccino
