* Step 1
First Up: If you’re using the leftovers for the base then, simply warm it by microwaving it for just 30 secs. & let it cool down a bit over a cooling rack- In the interim, get all your ducks in a row
* Step 2
All I mean by that is- cut up the fresh fruits & keep the sauces/dips ready & handy
* Step 3
Now, spreading the base leftover Roti or Tortillas-
From the centre to one edge, just give a cut-
And, apply the sweet spreads on two of the 4 parts of it (as it can be seen in the pics)☝️ accordingly fill the rest 2 halves with the freshly cut fruits slices and fold it out into a cone shaped pattern & place it on a separate plate, ensuring that the fruit pieces aren’t sliding out

That’s how it should look like
Now, heating up a frying pan over the medium flame and adding in the required amount of the ghee to it (as this one’s been tweaked just this time itself and let me tell you, the outcome was amazingly superb- in its tastes of course), gently sauté each one of that to its both the sides until nicely golden browned

Transfer it to a separate serving plate/dish-
Garnish it your own way & yes there you go
