Arabic Tahini/Tahina Sauce
This is quite a commonplace & traditional sauce/dip from the land that’s used in the preparations of many other sauces/dips and dishes-
Such as: Hummus (Any)…
The most simplest yet certain diligence is surely called for, while preparing the same…The outcome is just amazingly delicious

12-15 mins. Prep Time: Overnight
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat up a frying heavy bottomed frying pan over the medium flame & dry roast or toast the sesame seeds until lightly golden browned & then, turning off the flame-
Allow it to cool down completely before putting it in the blender jar…
* Step 2
Next, once it’s cooled down completely-
In the blender jar- Add in it with some salt and firstly dry ground it by pulsing it a few times and then, slowly add in the EVOO to get gradually & eventually incorporated into the same-
Scrape the sides of the blender jar, a few times to get a fine, smooth & supple texture of it…
* Step 4
Finally, add in the dash of the lime juice & blend it nicely to ultimately give us its finest results of this amazingly delectable Tahina or Tahini Dip/Sauce- Pour it out in a bowl or an airtight jar or if it’s been dished out in the serving platter-
Garnish, it with some more dabs of the EVOO and sprinkle some more raw sesame seeds on the top, a few thin lemon slices/wedges to complete its DT decor ultimately
