Instant Rabdi with just 1/2L Milk under 10 mins. time

This one’s the most popular, quickest & easiest of all without having at all being given up on its looks, textures and moreover, its tastes- As immensely delicious & delectable as & when it’s prepared in the long elaborative process…

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a saucepan firstly, boil the 1/2L milk (any) & while that’s boiling- In the interim: In another separate small bowl- Add in the cornflour & milk powder with 1/2 Cup Fresh & Boiled Milk, slightly lukewarm for a better mix without any lumps at all- In another small bowl: Add in some saffron strands with a tbsp of fresh, boiled & warm milk- Set aside

* Step 2

Once the milk in the saucepan comes to a rolling boil, reduce the flame to the low-medium & add into it the cornflour & milk powder mixture, while stirring continuously with one hand to avoid any lumps in it & comes out as a very smooth & supple, shiny texture- Add in the caster sugar, saffron milk & the cardamom powder too in it, at this point & keep on stirring continuously else, as it’s thickened now- it’ll stick to the bottom of the pan very easily

* Step 3

Once it’s substantially thickened now- Put off the flame and still continue stirring for some more time by leaving it in the same position on the turned off hot oven- Add in the finely chopped dry fruits and mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended & finely incorporated…

Transfer it to a separate serving bowl….&….RELISH
