Thai Coconut Iced Tea
This is one of the most popular & traditional recipes from the land-
A bold, refreshing beverage that is sure to perk you, right up

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To Begin With: In a saucepan- Very lightly dry roast the whole spices until they turn a bit fragrant- then, add in the aforesaid measured quantity of water in the RT & the measured sugar/honey & the Tea Powder-
Give it all a really good mix until it comes to a rolling boil
* Step 2
Once it starts boiling- Reduce the flame to the Low & Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook/boil for the next 15-20 mins time, Once that’s done- Uncover the pan, stirring gently once more-
Flame goes off and this prepared Tea Concoction need to cool down completely before furthering with the following steps-
* Step 3
Once it’s cooled down completely- Strain it out nicely into a pitcher/tea pot-Refrigerate it for about a couple of hours time-
Post the given time: Take it out from the refrigerator-Now, into your drinking cups or any tall glass/tumbler, etc. Fill in the same with the ice cubes, pour in the condensed milk first and then the prepared Tea Concoction- Mix it gently at first & then, gradually well mix
* Step 4
Once it’s all well mixed & blended nicely altogether, From its top add in the thick coconut Milk/Cream- Garnish it your way-
