This definitely the very well known recipe from the land of Odisha- I’ve already have my earlier post on this.
However, this time the tweak had been the mango flavour in it with the homemade mango pulp & that’s been blended into the same with a an immensely decadent taste of the authentic original chhena podo along with the slightest tang-tartness of the mango
Altogether, it’s tastes been heightened & taken to the next level by this new tweak.

45 mins. Prep Time: 20-30 mins.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First Up: Get all the aforementioned ingredients ready & handy to you for the further process in the cooking
* Step 2
I’m not elaborately reiterating the similar procedures for the same- I’ve already attached my earlier link to it for all of yours kind perusals & future references…
* Step 3
Just that the fresh mango pulp or purée that’s been added into this recipe & that’s what had been the main twist of the entire dish- this time…
* Step 4

Once baked & cooled down completely- De-mould carefully to serve it either immediately or can refrigerate for about a couple of hours time to relish & enjoy it chilled
