This definitely the very well known recipe from the land of Odisha- I’ve already have my earlier post on this. However, this time the tweak had been the mango flavour in it with the homemade mango pulp & that’s been blended into the same with a an immensely decadent taste of the authentic original chhena podo along with the slightest tang-tartness of the mango Altogether, it’s tastes been heightened & taken to the next level by this new tweak. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First Up: Get all the aforementioned ingredients ready & handy to you for the further process in the cooking

Once baked & cooled down completely- De-mould carefully to serve it either immediately or can refrigerate for about a couple of hours time to relish & enjoy it chilled
