Walnuts Hara-Bhara Kebab
This is just my another favourites- Easy & quick to prep up & that quickest to get ready-be in the platters-gulped & fill in your stomach quite sufficiently-
Soft, succulent with the bites of walnuts crunches inside the mouth & super tasty and healthy too, at the same time !!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First Up: Pulse the Walnuts, a couple of times to a very grainy & coarse textured powders (To be felt in the mouth while eating it)- Keep Aside
* Step 2
Now, Add in the Mixer-Grinder Jar: the Blanched/Cooked Green Peas & Spinach Leaves, green chillies, ginger-garlic & coriander leaves- Pulse these well too to set aside for the time being
* Step 3
In a large mixing bowl: Add in the boiled & mashed potatoes, freshly ground green paste, pounded walnuts mixture, salt, chaat masala, besan, garam masala & the bhuna masala powder- Mix everything well together with your hands until nicely combined and well incorporated
* Step 4
Heat up a heavy bottomed frying pan over the medium-high flame initially- Add in the required amount of the oil- aforesaid for its shallow frying- Now, greasing your hands with some oil/ghee- Start shaping up the Kebabs nicely- Take a handful of the kebab mixture in your hands, gently press it, in between your palms to give it your desired Kebab Shapes
* Step 5
Now, drop them into the pan slowly & gently and fry then evenly, until golden brown on both the sides- Depending on the sizes of your frying pan or vessel- Fry them accordingly, in 2-3 batches, one after the other
* Step 6
Once all that’s done now: Transfer it to a separate serving plate or platter- Garnish it your own way & serve it hot with your favourite dips/chutneys/sauces and just that
* Step 7
It’s now TIME.. Relish this DELISH now…
