Kerala Style: Green Cucumbers Pachadi or Kakkidi Pachadi
This is quite a popular & traditional ways to have the green, cool cucumber pachadi in Kerala & other parts of the down south just the names are different & it’s raita- what we call it usually.
However the preparation process are completely different as well as the taste & flavours too

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut up the Cucumber & set aside in a separate bowl/plate- In a blender jar: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients altogether (except the tempering or the seasonings) and blend everything nicely until well blended
* Step 2
Once done ✅ Mix this mixture into the bowl of the chopped cucumbers and mix everything well together until nicely combined and well incorporated- Get ready with the Seasonings now as aforementioned
* Step 3
Pour it out into the well mixed Pachadi and give it all a really good mix finally before serving it either immediately or can refrigerate for sometime in the hot summer days to enjoy it chilled & get completely refreshed
* Step 4
