Egg Salad, tucked in between the slices of white bread:
It’s a timeless snack, that one can figure out to find in any convenience stores in Japan 🇯🇵
The filling inside it is absolutely creamy & bursting with a rich yellowish egg yolks flavours along with the Japenese Mayonnaise & the typical Japanese pullman loaf known as the SHOKUPAN- which’s absolutely super soft & fluffy, just like cotton wools…
Some people outside of Japan, claim that-
These are the BEST EGG SANDWICH in the entire world that they’ve ever tasted !!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First Up: Hard Boil & Shell the Eggs, wash them once post peeling off…Set Aside for about 5 mins time…
* Step 2
Now, in a mixing bowl: Add in the Eggs- Either separating the egg whites & yolks separately or you can choose to do it altogether, take your own call…Mash them really good- Nicely smooth and without much gritty textures or big lumps in it, a little is okay
* Step 3
Then, add in all other ingredients as mentioned above to make a very thick, heavy yet smooth paste to apply evenly on the bread slices
* Step 4
Apply some butter on the bread slices which will help holding the prepared the egg mixture nicely & shall stick to each other rightly- Once that’s done cover the slices with the other one without much pressing at this point else it might tend to come out
* Step 5
Refrigerate it for about 15-30 mins time & I love it this way that gives me the very feel of the cold sandwiches or the coleslaws- Transfer them into the serving plate/ platters- Garnish it your way & it’s ready to be grabbed just rightly
