Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, clean & pat dry and then, finely chop the apples & rub/apply some salt to it to release its juices a bit organically- while setting it aside for about 5-10 mins time
* Step 2
Now, in a saucepan, over the medium flame: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients and mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended & incorporated
* Step 3
Allow it to come to a boil & reducing the flame to the low-medium & cook for at least 12-15 mins time, putting back its cover & stirring occasionally in between so as to ensure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan
* Step 4
Once the water reduces & the apples turn quite soft & mushy, try to mash it a little while stirring as well with help of the silicone spatula… Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely
* Step 5
Pour it out into a blender jar & blend it to a smooth, nice & thick paste/purée…Then, sieve it well into an airtight container for storing it in the refrigerator for about a week’s time and in the freezer for about a month
