Black Currant/Jamun Milk Shake

It’s amongst one of my special seasonal treats in the drinkables to my own self Absolutely simple and easiest & quickest to prepare just in a jiffy- The most amazing part lies not only in its immensely delectably tastes & textures but also, in its gorgeous looks too Try this out yourselves, you’ll get to its very crux

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First off: Wash, Dry-Clean & De-seed the fruits (Jamun) & in a blender jar- Purée the same with some sugar & a pinch of salt

* Step 2

Now, transfer it to a separate plate/bowl & in the same blender jar- Add in the milk, ice cubes/crushed (I didn’t use for my cold issues) & the ice cream & the rest of the reserved sugar and blend it to a smooth nice & semi-thick (not too runny nor too thick)

* Step 3

Pour it out into a separate glass tumbler/pitcher/jar or similar…Add into it some more scooped ice cream & a little more chilled milk & then with a spoon, blend everything well together ensuring the ice cubes to be still afloat on the top of the milk shake

* Step 4

Refer to the pics given down below…Garnish it your way & have it chilled…refrigerate it for a couple of hours before serving it chilled and before serving it: Add in some more ice cubes or crushed ice to it (according to your own likings)- Completely optional though- I’ve not done any garnishing this time & preferred, keeping it simply-AS IS
