Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients altogether & mix well without any lumps- Add in the water in batches & eventually & not everything together
* Step 2
Add in a few drops of oil to the mixture & mix everything well together again, until nicely combined
* Step 3
The consistency should be moderately thick- Neither too runny nor too thick... Cover it & set aside for about 10-15 mins before frying them
* Step 4
Heat up a frying pan/tawa, on the medium flame...Take, 1-2 ladle full of the batter/mixture & pour it in a round motion- just as in a Roti pattern
* Step 5
It takes a little more time to well fried than a normal Roti- Very patiently & gently flip to its other side when one side is done...
* Step 6
It’s doneness can be fathomed when we get to see small bubbles & light brown spots starts emerging from its body- We need to flip it over very gently & carefully without tearing it apart
* Step 7
This results into absolutely decadent alike any normal Roti & moreover, it remains soft even if it’s not immediately or readily consumed
* Step 8
This can very well be enjoyed with any varieties of Sabji, Dal, Chutney, Dips or anything similar of your choice...Simply Enjoy
