Aloo Potato Chokha

A traditional Bengali dish- Originally, it’s popular both in the Eastern & Westen part of the Bengal ie. Bangladesh & West Bengal India It’s also popularly known as the Aloo (Potato) Bharta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a large Mixing Bowl & put in the potato mashes- Now, add into it: Salt, Sugar, dry roasted masala, freshly chopped green chillies & onion slices, lemon juice, (you can use a little bit of tamarind extracts too, in the place of lemon juice), black salt, freshly chopped Coriander leaves & Mustard Oil

* Step 2

Mix everything well with your own hands and not any spoon please- you can wear kitchen gloves to work on it but it need be all fixed well together with your hands only & there we go... Garnish with a bit of a fresh Coriander or Pudina sprigs & we’re ALL SET..
